As mentioned in #2826379: Role names not shown in admin/people, it would be possible to place the hook workaround for the bug in #2773645: Allow hook_entity_field_access() to grant field-level access to User fields: 'forbidden' -> 'neutral' in administerusersbyrole_hack, like the rest of the core hack workarounds.

Task is to take the code from the patch https://www.drupal.org/files/issues/administerusersbyrole-user_fields_co... into administerusersbyrole_hack, with the obvious alteration of hook function name to match module.

Done - but I'm not planning on keeping the hack module much longer - we need to get patch into core which means getting people to run with it.
