\Drupal\FunctionalTests\AssertLegacyTrait::assertNoPattern($regex) is deprecated in favor of \Drupal\Tests\WebAssert::responseNotMatches($regex)
Within BrowserTestBase you can call it like this:
$this->assertSession()->responseNotMatches($regex);
