[META] Improve paragraphs summary [#2862083]

Problem/Motivation

Discussion started in #2852001: Consider container multivalue children for closed summary.

Paragraphs provides a way to display it's content via a summary. The summary it's not simply a teaser, it provides condensed overview of the paragraphs content and it's currently used in the closed widget state.

Generating the summary is pretty straight forward for simple non-nested paragraphs. But things start being more complicated when we have nested paragraphs with multiple levels of nesting and a large amount of field items.

This is mostly a UX problem and some of the questions that we are trying to answer are:

Should we only display children values or also meta information like field labels or so
How do we incorporate icons that are representing paragraph types (#2830016: Add a thumbnail/icon field to Paragraphs type)
How do we display behavior related information
How do we deal with multiple items in fields (#2852001: Consider container multivalue children for closed summary
How we display paragraphs summary (#2868305: Display icons in the summary)
Allow other modules to define summary for paragrpah types (#2890676: Alter hook for the collapsed summary)
#2897246: Change updated paragraph message with an icon
#2868225: UI for mobile devices is not looking nice now displaying the summary on second row for mobile
#2903489: Allow plugins to extend summary icons
#2903491: Display Paragraphs child count in summary as badge

As pointed out in #2878184: Select paragraph field to display as label in edit node, having the possibility to select which fields are visible in the summary could be an interesting option.

Link field values also seem to have no effect to the summary.

While using paragraphs on a current project, I took notes of improvements of the summary view.
