davidkebo commentedCan anyone help please ?
Is this a configuration issue, or is this related to my version of Drupal 8 ?
If it is a duplicate issue, please point me to the right direction.
Thank you

robertragas commentedIt could be some conflict with other modules or dependencies.
Do you see any errors in the logs or in the console ( javascript errors )?
Did you do a clean install of the module or upgrade?
davidkebo commentedThis is a clean install of the module. No errors show in the logs.
davidkebo commentedI think I found the problem
I found out that this is caused by the html content in the Body of the node.
Probably a syntax related issue
When I removed the content of the body, Yoast was enabled.
kingdutchPlease try the latest development version to see if that fixes the error.
kingdutchNo updates for a while after the latest commit so marking this as fixed.
If you encounter anything like this please open a new issue.

cedeweyCould this get reopened?
I'm experiencing this same issue for 8.x-1.2. Running Drupal Core 8.3.4
Thanks!
kingdutchHi cedewey,
This was not yet fixed in the 1.2 version of this module but should be fixed in the latest development branch. A new tagged release (1.3) with the fix will be out shortly. If you still experience the issue after that please open a new issue with a reference to this one.
Kind Regards,
Alexander

zenimagine commentedThat does not solve the problem for me.
kkumaren commentedFor those still having this problem and is not using the body field, try to save the field form display setting again. The problem will be solved.
zenimagine commentedIt works well, you need to activate alias url and metetags (it's complicated).
But Yoast SEO is displayed only to the administrator. An authenticated user does not have access. For the right are correctly set.
RKopacz commentedI am using 8.x-1.3, have aliases and metatags set up, still getting the na for a particular content type. Will open a new issue, per directions above.
