As UC Addresses does not belong to the UC core package the info file shouldn't say it does.

Since you appear to be an expert, could you recommend a reasonable package for it? Ubercart - extra perhaps?

I am by far no expert, but thanks for the compliment ;-)

It would say "Ubercart - extra", yes. Seems the most logical package for non-core modules.

I've made the fix and checked it in to HEAD. When I created this project, I screwed up the dev build. This will be the first fix since 1.0, so I hope it winds up in the next 5.x-1.x-dev release, but I wouldn't count on it.

If anyone has any suggestions for fixing the CVS for this project, I would appreciate any help. I placed a Drupal support request weeks ago and it's been ignored.

This should be committed to DRUPAL-5, not to HEAD, since it is a 'bug' fix. In your case HEAD is for development of the Drupal 6 version of your module.
