There is a depreciated db_select ,db_delete, db_update, db_insert. In drupal 8 we should not use the depreciated db_queries.

It seems in the newer code base version 8.x-3.x-dev file 'src/Plugin/QuickContent/QuickBlockContent.php' does not exist anymore.
This patch won't be required anymore hence closing this issue.
