Test installed configuration with configurations provided in files

Problem/Motivation

With updating of modules in distribution, a lot configurations provided by distribution have to be updated too. In order to ensure that provided configurations are always up-to-date with included modules, additional tests should be provided that check configurations after installation of distribution.

Proposed resolution

Create additional test that will check active configuration and compare it with configuration provided in YAML files. Additionally schema should be checked too, against active configuration and provided configuration in files.

Remaining tasks

1. Create test to check configuration
2. Provide patches for modules, where schema is missing of configuration is not correct
3. Include testing of optional modules provided with distribution
4. Include testing of optional themes provided with distribution
