[dc_ajax_add_cart] Commerce Ajax Add to Cart

Thanks for putting this up. Last year I started the porting, but Drupal Commerce 8.x was not ready yet. I will try it again in a month or so. Also there is a lot of cleanup needs to be done in the 7.x version.

• #2941531: Throbber message appears twice on multiple update cart operation
• #2941532: Update cart feedback message does not stays on update cart operation
