No automatic upgrade is available until first stable release, please update your setting manually following the documentation available here

IMPORTANT

In order to allow hook suggestions to work correctly we had to rename the theme prefix from pattern__ to pattern_. When upgrading from beta2 to beta3 make sure you follow the instructions on this issue.
