We've been testing out OpenLucius for a while and it's been great. Thanks for all the hard work you put into this.

One thing we would like to know is, similar to when a comment or node is created, is there a way to create just the In-app notifications (NOT send email) that show on the 'Notifications' list in the top bar (see attached screenshot) using Rules (and custom PHP if necessary)? What will be the Actions to set for such a Rule?

Thanks for the input, appreciate it. For now we'll keep this open as a feature request (backlog item).
But I don't think we'll build this on short notice, sorry.

7.x is not supported anymore. OpenLucius 2.0 (Drupal 9) is now actively maintained.
So I'm closing this 7.x ticket.
