Linkit seems incompatible with CKEditor Anchor Link: When I edit a link by clicking on it, both Linkit and CKEditor Anchor Link will open a dialog.

This isn't Linkits fault.

A quick look at the achor_link code tells me that they use the "link" id for their plugin which is totally wrong.

According to this (https://www.drupal.org/project/drupal/issues/2832883#comment-12013603), it's a problem with Anchor Link and LinkIt, not core. Who's right and who's wrong?
