Problem/Motivation

When using the "image" provider for media entities, the title attribute is the name of the entity and not the title attribute of the image. The alt attribute is always t('Thumbnail').

Proposed resolution

Get the alt and title values from the source image field.

This issue seems a bit more complicated than stated in the original issue body.
The above patch is only fixing this issue at first save. These attributes are not updated when resaving the image entity.
