When using a webform that should load via AJAX that does include a Markup-component, an AJAX-error is shown. Removing the markup-component makes the form work as expected. Apparently, the webform_submission_create method does not check if the supplied $prototype is an object, which causes the error probably because it can not extract a submission value from a markup-component.
