With the new adminimal_theme several css issues from the past year has been fixed.
In dvg_global we have an old 'adminimal_theme_fix.css' where we override some css.
Because of this, the adminimal submenu's breaks.
I've deleted that 'fix' because the problem is fixed in the new version and we don't need that css anymore.

I've attached a patch to fix it.
Maybe we have to take a look if all other 'fixes' in this file are still needed...

Patch seems to work and does what it says. Should there be a new issue for cleaning up this patch?
