I haven't seen this random fail even once in the past two weeks. Is this really a problem?

Thanks Wim,
We had it yesterday on https://www.drupal.org/pift-ci-job/557217 which referenced fails on UpdatePathTestBase.php and ArgumentPlaceholderUpdatePathTest.php.
I just launched a retest.
