When I edit a taxonomy term which is not in the site's current language then I'm seeing the following notice.

Notice: Undefined index: href in menu_local_tasks() (line 2070 of /includes/menu.inc).

Suppose if the taxonomy term is in language French and the site current language is German then when editing that French term will display the error.
And if the site current language is German and I edit the German term then the error is not displaying.

Is this a bug? What is the solution for this?
