Shreya Shetty reached out to me a while ago asking about how to become a webmaster. I responded and since then she has been helping out in the content queue and started to see how things work.
I think it is time to elevate her privileges to allow her to perform more tasks.
She should be able to:
- Add companies to the marketplace
- Change the author of marketplace pages
- Add and remove feeds to the Planet
- Be able to work on the approval queue: https://www.drupal.org/admin/content/comment/approval
- Be able to take care of spam listed here: https://www.drupal.org/admin/content/spam
Having user privileges for blocking spammers would also be nice.

I am going to mentor her further via mail and on irc. She won't test out her new powers unsupervised.

I added content moderator role to Shreya Shetty's account. This should give her access to most things, I think. We can add webmaster role later if this won't be enough.
