Multiple Panel Variants is not showing

I have two panel variants on page which stopped displaying their contents without showing any kind of error. The first one content of panel is showing, but second,thirid panel variants content is not showing on page.

Exp :- I have create a home page using page manager in panel and create some variants like news,events and gallery the assign blocks in every variants content, but first one content showing on page.
