When Ctools isn't installed and enabled, there is no list of capture points on the main configuration page. It would be useful to document (on both the Documentation page and the README.txt file) the fact that even if Ctools isn't required, it does greatly improve the configuration interface.

Reviewed the patch for spelling and grammar. Formatting aligns to Drupal documentation standards. Everything looks good, but patch did find a mistake
