The mailto link contains an extraneous colon, causing the "to" address to contain a colon by default (see image).

This is caused by an extraneous colon the hook_service_links() implementation.

...
'link' => 'mailto::?subject=<source>&body=<encoded-url>',
...

should be

...
'link' => 'mailto:?subject=<source>&body=<encoded-url>',
...

Attached patch removes this extraneous colon.
