japerryI'm doing code cleanup at the moment on panels before I tag a release. I'll re-mark as fixed once thats done.

japerryOkay I've committed a bunch of other RTBC issues, as well as a general code cleanup before releasing 3.9
Take it for a spin, if head seems stable, I'll cut a release.
