When als Taxonomy Access Control is installed, the module messes around with the CSS from TAC. This module can grey out some term choices. But when one term is dependee for a different field, the denied terms aren't greyed out anymore.

How to reproduce?
Install conditional fields & Taxonomy Access Control
Setup TAC: role 2 can't Add tag B
Without CF, term B is grey
With CF, term B is shown.
