What I am looking for;

The ability to sell a node and change ownership of the node to the member who purchased said node. I see you can configure actions with rules. Can this be accomplished already?

Yes @netgeek123, As Per my understanding it should already work with commerce, After it's an entity and this module works with Entity.
Can you give it a try and Create an issue here if you face any?
