Have you tried pushing a tag like 7.x-1.0 or 7.x-1.0-beta1? I don’t see any in the project’s Git repository.

I have added the tag 7.x-1.0, Still there is no release package check here https://www.drupal.org/project/cart_deletion_undo

Looks like it is there now. Packaging normally takes up to 5 - 10 minutes.
