[Meta] Add submodule jquery_carousel_examples

Problem/Motivation

Adding an example module that exposes the various features the module provides helps developer & site builders to use the module better. Also, helps users look at the carousel directly & choose the feature that works the best for them

Proposed resolution

• Create another sub-module jquery_carousel_examples

Remaining tasks

• Add menu link to toolbar for examples using hook_toolbar
• Create an example for views example
• Create an example for mutli-valued field example
• Create an example for vertical carousel
• Create an example for horizontal carousel
