# Summary
Lightweight, scalable, no-nonsense, enable-and-forget page view counter drawing on data collected by Google Analytics. Google pageviews are stored in Drupal and can be displayed in a block, a filter and a custom field. Hardly any load on your server, no impact on the user. Integration with Views. Highly customizable. Suitable even for large and high-traffic sites. The Drupal 8 version of the module never has any dependencies.

# D8 roadmap
An 8.x-alpha4 version has been released. 8.x-alpha5 will be released as soon as Add multiple Google Views is finished, which could be tomorrow. The Roadmap for new things is as follows:
Roadmap
- Add automated tests.
- Add Content moderation integration to the block and the filter.
- Add multiple Google Views. This functionality will allow multiple Google views to be stored in Drupal.
Once I've completed Add multiple Google Views and added better test coverage to the module, I'll release it as beta. RC and full release could come shortly after that.
Content moderation integration may also be needed, since pageview counts are dependent on pagepaths, and pagepaths are different in the latest version tab. We'll see.

esod commentedI've release an 8.x-3.0-alpha1 version of the module. I'm following a roadmap of my own devising (see the project page) and will continue to develop this complicated piece of functionality.
