I see this error in admin/appearance:

One or more CSS files were not found or does not exist: /at_commerce.fonts.css. Did you delete any files or change a file name? You may need to save the theme settings or check all files names are correct in your theme. Please view the online documentation.

and nothing works in the webpages.(like i enabled base theme)
I also tried in the new installation of Drupal.
Thanks

Check your System Files setting...
/admin/config/media/file-system

Is there a "/" at the end of the "Public file system path"? There should not be one.

Same problem here, with a fresh installation (through drush). The aforementioned issue with a slash at the end of the public path, doesn't play a role.

It appears there is no such thing as a fonts.css file:

  • When manually downloading the package, there is no file at_commerce.fonts.css
  • In other Drupal-instances where I use at_commerce, there is no such css file

I found two referrals to fonts.css from adaptivetheme/at_commerce:

grep -rn . -e "fonts.css"
./sites/all/themes/adaptivetheme/at_core/inc/forms/at_core.submit.fonts.inc:142:    $file_name = $theme_name . '.fonts.css';
./sites/all/themes/adaptivetheme/at_core/inc/load.inc:253:  $filepath = $path . '/' . $theme_name . '.fonts.css';

Anyone any thoughts?

Save the theme settings, it will write the files.

Thank you! It worked. Along the way, it also solved the other issue I had with all regions stretched all the way from left to right.
