Right on the heels of SA-CONTRIB-2016-048 comes another update to Panelizer that incorporates one of the patches Panopoly is applying, as well as a newer version of another Panopoly-applied patch.

Panels 7.x-3.7 will also be release very soon, also to fix regressions from SA-CONTRIB-2016-048.

Thanks opening this issue! I'm going to expand the scope a little bit to include updating to Panels 7.x-3.7 that should come out today. This issue will allow us to test to run the automated tests to ensure that the new versions don't have any more additional regressions.
