The views listing structure changed to be similar to other core listings and easier to scan. See the site builder summary at https://www.drupal.org/node/2781591

To support that there is a new views-ui-views-listing-table template for the tables listing views. The views-ui-view-info template is now unused and obsolete. There is no replacement, as the view's title is rendered instead in a simple header element.

There is a new views-ui-view-displays-list template for listing all displays of a view.

The ViewListBuilder::getDisplayPaths() protected method is removed.
