The view of scheduled content has a few minor anomolies and things which could be improved. Details to follow with patch.

  1. Both tabs are numbered '1'. Change order so that default 'overview' is higher than 'user' tab and is displayed when first editing the view
  2. Make 'author' column sortable - useful on the overview
  3. Change machine name from 'page_1' to 'overview'
  4. Change display title from 'overview' to 'content overview'
  5. Change publish on and unpublish on criteria from gt 1970-01-01 00:00:00 (that is > 0) which was the 7.x way of doing it, to NOT NULL
