"Cannot modify header..." warnings from drupal_access_denied()

The page callback function view_mode_modal_view_entity() calls drupal_access_denied() which causes warnings as the function attempts to change headers after output has started. Per the docs for drupal_access_denied(), it should return MENU_ACCESS_DENIED instead.
