Make the EntityMatcherDeriver more strict.

The EntityMatcherDeriver defines entity matchers that Linkit can use.

Make it more strict by only allow entities that has a canonical URI, and if they have a edit-form URI, that most be be different from the canonical.

This is to disallow entities that it don't make sense to link to, like the block_content and the menu_link_content entitets.
