Current interface language as a panels variant selection condition [#2765587]

Hi,

I am currently working on a multilingual application where the client would like a separate panels page for each individual language. Perhaps it is already possible, but I have not found a way to do this. Would it be possible to add the current interface language as a selection condition to the panels variant. Or does anyone here know how to accomplish this?

It seems Panels is missing the language interface context and language condition select in the page variant editor form. I added in a patch that adds the language interface context via an eventSubscriber. To filter on language add a page variants with a specific language condition after applying my patch.
