When picassa username is configured incorrect, it gives warning messages while adding the content (see the attached Error.png). Remove the warning messages. Also, if username is not correct, it should not show the select album dropdown, instead it should display an error within picassa tab, something like : Invalid picassa username. Please configure correct username here (here should be the link to picassa tab configuration).
In case picassa username is not configured, it should display something like: Pleasse configure picassa username (configure should be the link to picassa tab configuration).
