I have no idea where is the login box????? Please help me... After I selected the theme then I logged out which then I realise there is no login box. I remember in the site building blocks... the user login I locate it under header. I don't know whether this has caused the problem. If so, what needs to be done?

just go to /user and you will get a login page. Don't panic. Login and then you can see if you turned the block for the user login off.

This issue is being closed because it is against a branch for a version of Drupal that is no longer supported.
If you feel that this issue is still valid, feel free to re-open and update it (and any possible patch) to work with the 7.x-4.x branch.
