Custom theme/site from .psd - experienced coder needed

I'm very very new to Drupal so forgive me if I have the wrong idea about anything.

I am looking for a Drupal developer that can code my .psd design into a Drupal 6.x theme and then I will also need some custom functions to go along with it. For instance...

In the theme I have an image/story rotation box setup with tabs to rotate the top stories. There is an example at http://espn.go.com/ in the left column, second section down.

Then I have a stats box similar to the idea of the stats box in the header at http://espn.go.com

Those are the two major ones and the others are pretty minor and should be easy. I have two pages; the index and a story page.

Would anyone be interested in this project? I am available all day by email and online msn, gtalk, yahoo, skype.
