Clarification of documentation relating to subtheming with Less not using CDN

If I've understood correctly this could be stated more comprehensively as follows:

Download and extract the latest 3.x.x version of Bootstrap Framework Source Files into the root of your new sub-theme. After it has been extracted, the folder should be renamed ./subtheme/bootstrap.

Apologies if this is t the right place or way to note this sort of thing.
