CX commentedI am struggling too, cant find anything even though the module is enabled!
Comment #2
Baldrick5183 commentedI also can't get it to work.
I have loaded the module and gone into Administration and enabled all the components.
I have then searched all the admin options to find it to be able add it to the User Profiles but can't find anything even remotely address related.
Maybe a Readme.txt or Install.txt file included in the download would be beneficial.

ktleow commentedThis is supposed to be a companion to CCK module:
Not sure whether its used in Profile module..:(
Comment #4
mgiffordYeah.. I was having trouble finding this too. Was even looking for it having created several CCK content types with Drupal 5 in the past.
- You need to enable CCK
- Add a field to a content type
- Make sure Field type: is set to Address
- Create the basic field and hit submit
- Then you need to customize it and define which elements are hidden, visible or required
I think that it would help to have some simple docs here admin/help

loze commentedOne of the posted "features" is User address book
I took this to mean that it added a address field to the customizable fields in the profile as well.
I never have used it for D5, so i dont know if it was in that version but missing from the D6 version.
But i cannot find one to add to a profile.

Cyberflyer commentedCan this be used to put an Address field in the user profile?
If so, how?
Comment #7
ktleow commentedConsider using this module to achieve that, Content Profile.
This module lets you add cck fields into a user profile page.
Each user profile will be a node, which means it is indexed, and search-able.

brmassa commentedGuys,
im sorry for your long waiting. im back on developing this module.
This bug was caused because Drupal 6.2 changed the page access process. Its now fixed on CVS. Soon on the next release.

rberga commentedI still can't get the address to show up in the user registration form. I followed the comments above - added an address content type through cck, enabled it to appear in the user profile, but when I go to user management -> profiles, I don't see any "address" type there to add.
If I go to Create Content I do see the address type there and I am able to enter an address as a node, but how do I make that show up in the new user registration form?
I'd appreciate any help on this.
thanks

brmassa commentedReinaldo,

ussher commentedalso looking for this exact functionality.
its the "Addresses - Users" (Let your users add addresses to their profiles) that I expected to add another content type to the /admin/user/profile
The current fields available are:
* single-line textfield
* multi-line textfield
* checkbox
* list selection
* freeform list
* URL
* date
and with the "Addresses - Users" profile module on it seams like another option should become available:
* address
If there is a way to get this functionality that im missing, please post a link.
Cheers
