Currently if using mobile/smartphone,
when touching the cart icon, the cart will popup, but touching the cart again, it will not dissapear
it supposed to dissapear when touching the cart again(toggle), since there is no hover support in mobile.

hi, I don't see the commited data on the head (git clone git://git.drupal.org/project/commerce_popup_cart.git)
issue #2747703, Issue #2745469, and Issue #2745347 still not commited

I'm not sure what happened but I've manually applied the patch to dev now.

The applied patch (#2) uses tabs not spaces. Attached is a patch that fixes that.
