Allow adding new social platform to Uber publisher settings.

I need to add a URL for a social service that is not included in the default social platforms in uber publisher settings, think can be accomplished by adding drupal_alter function inside uber publisher where you are defining the default platforms. (admin/uber_publisher/social).
