I used Webform Multiple file module, it seems files cannot be zipped and downloaded. I unzipped the file, the "files" folder is empty.

It doesn't support https://www.drupal.org/project/webform_multifile either. There is a @todo in the tests to add support for this module but I wasn't aware of "webform_multiple_file".

We're planning on adding support for the former soon. We could perhaps look at webform_multiple_file as the same time.
