When calling the URL defined in the Test view page, for running the test directly from a URL end point, this fails as the URL only has permission to run as administrator. If we want to call this from another service, e.g. Pingdom, it fails.

I'm making a minor update the README.txt file. This allows for making another commit to the repo with the proper message for attribution. The git message for the previous commit, which applies the patch from #2, was not formatted properly.
