Hello,

I was playing around with Panels Everywhere and Zen today when I noticed the header blocks were appearing at the top and bottom of the Panels layout screen after I switched to Zen's default Panels Everywhere layout.

After looking at the zen_main.tpl.php file, I found the problem was $content['header'] getting output as part of the footer region. I corrected that and found my patch to work on my server.

I haven't done much patching, so hopefully I got the formats right in the attached file. Any feedback on mistakes I might have made with the patch would be appreciated!

The patch is incomplete as the footer tag is broken too.

Made no real changes to #3 just fixed the patch format.

RATBC because it is a clear bug and this is obviously the solution.
