I have noticed that I am getting hundreds of messages in the "Recent log messages" report "Recreate folder index for user: 0".

I would like to know if I should be concerned about these messages?
Is there any I can do to stop them?

it's infomational only. You can comment out the watchdog statement in filedepot.class.php around line 350 if you want.
