Currently, when adding a taxonomy term exposed filter on a view, the options are not localized.
The handler is using the name property on the Taxonomy Term object.

This issue has already been fixed in Views (See #1651726: Use entity_label instead of term name for term reference exposed filters).

Patch will follow.
