After enabling a large chunk of the Date and Calendar family, I got a message saying that override_module failed, and then I started getting page not found on every page. Even after clearing caches, and removing the modules manually from the system table. Hmmm.

PHP5, MySQL5, Apache2, Drupal 6.2, etc.

I have no idea what the override module is or what it does or why it might be a problem. Start by updating both Date and Calendar to the latest -dev code (and CCK, too, for that matter), clear all your caches, and see if you still have a problem. If you still have a problem there, uninstall the calendar module and see if that makes a difference. Uninstall Date Repeat and Date Popup and try again. Then try uninstalling the Date module (leaving the Date API in place). That should help narrow down where the conflict is.

People periodically report things like 'the Date module broke the Wiziwig module', and I don't have time to go look up every other module on drupal.org to figure out what they are and what they do and why there might (or might not) be some interaction between them and the Date module, let alone to install and test them. At any rate, I just spent about 15 minutes just trying to find a module with that name in the Downloads section and in cvs and came up empty.

There's only one of me and I'm supporting several major modules with little or no help, so I'd really appreciate more information and maybe some preliminary debugging or ideas about what might be happening based on what the override module is supposed to be doing.
