Sine #2641392: Review our language/translation support is committed the backend plugin needs to handle the languages set on the Query object.
The database backend therefor added \Drupal\search_api_db\Plugin\search_api\backend\Database::addLanguageConditions() and calls it within \Drupal\search_api_db\Plugin\search_api\backend\Database::createDbQuery().

We need to handle that in our backend as well.
