Request to co-maintain for great Drupal 8 indieweb foundation

I would like to build up Microformats module as the basis for indieweb ( http://indiewebcamp.com ) style implementations. If this is designed correctly then other modules will be able to reliably use Microformats in Drupal to drive Hcard / Vcard and Webmentions as well as other possible systems. See also #2687129: Plan for Drupal 8 ... Ideally the dormant linkback module namespace can be used as well, supported by microformats. I have already talked to the linkback maintainer and they are amiable to the idea.

Additionally it might be good to make a 7.x-2.x series and use composer manager to ensure that we avoid reinventing the wheel, using the available indieweb libraries in composer whenever possible.
