Labels and Descriptions, Single vs More than one email

I think you have the wrong module for this issue.
This module doesn't add form fields - it only adds extra validation for existing forms/fields.

This module does not add any email field descriptions or verification fields, at all. That is from something else. This module only verifies the contents of a text field, and the version you are using only verifies four core fields:

• The email address on the User registration form
• The email address on the User profile form
• The email address on the Site-wide contact form
• The email address on the Personal contact form
