With 8.x-1.x-dev I have
Warning: call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, function '_fbl_configuration_validate' not found or invalid function name in Drupal\Core\Form\FormValidator->executeValidateHandlers() (linea 83 di /var/www/drupal8/core/lib/Drupal/Core/Form/FormValidator.php)
and also there is no input for custom field inside /user/login

This Warning still exists, even in the dev version. Can you please recheck. Try to save the configuration page and you have this warning.
